The atmosphere in the ancient Tuscan farmhouse is warm and welcoming, thanks to the preservation of items of furniture typical of the farmhouses as exposed beams, terracotta floors, the fireplace. Unique characteristics compared to other B & Bs in and around Lucca.
On two floors, the Old House "The Piaggia" has three large, airy rooms, for a total of 7 beds, with the possibility of adding two more. The rooms in this Tuscan farmhouse with extreme attention to detail and are equipped with every comfort such as TV, air conditioning, fireplace. In one of the bathrooms is also a wonderful hot tub for relaxation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Arrival: between 16.30 and 17.30. In the event that the guest should arrive outside the times indicated, please advise.
Departure: before 9.30 am.
Prices include: electricity, water, cooking gas, weekly change of linen, towels, kitchen accessories, parking, pool, ping pong, swing, final cleaning, mountain-bikes.
Prices do not include telephone (0.15 Euro / unit), heating, air conditioning (9.00 Euro / day).
Reservation: at the time of booking requests an advance of 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer. The remaining 70% must be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation: in case of cancellation, the deposit is not returned.
Deposit: 250.00 euros.
NOTE: Pets allowed on request. Since November, the month of March, there is the possibility to rent only the rooms with kitchen and lounge for short stays. |
